Non existant after sales service

I bought two laptops that both had hatdware problems and were under warrenty when I took them back for repair. Both times the after sales assistance was terrible. No one had any idea what was going on, when my stuff would be fixed or what was wrong. Their communication is non existant and their sales people at bothe Herm**** Mall and Eikestad Mall decidedly unskilled and unsupportive. Hate this place and will never buy anything from them again.
