NON DELIVRY OF PURCHASE AND NO UPDATES

I placed an order on the 27th of November 2025 and to date have not received my purchase although delivery is meant to be 2-5 working days. I have contacted the call centre over 10 times and every time i get told, it will be escalated. Agents are not helpful and the tracking link isnt helpful either.

Please let me know urgently when I will be receiving my purchase as this is getting ridiculous.
