Non delivery, no feedback

I ordered a gaming chair just before 1pm on the 19th of December as a Christmas present, when ordered it stated that delivery will take 2to5 working days. Do date my chair has not been delivered and each time I contact Incredible Connection, they tell me that my complaint has been escalated, no one has contacted me to tell me what is going on, nor have I once received proper feedback on any of my mails.
