Non-Delivery by Incredible Connection

I placed an online order with Incredible Connection on 5 May using their 3-5 day courier service. On 17 May I still have not received it. I left a message for Incredible Connection on 16 May on their website. No response. I cannot send an email as branch is a mandatory field and I do not know which branch fulfils their deliveries. I tried their call centre (after hours), which gave me the option to leave a message. The mailbox is full. I have no idea how to contact IC outside of office hours. I cannot cancel the order on their site. I am out of pocket and have not received the order.
