No way to communicate with them - shocking customer-service!

Incredible Connection's customer-service is terrible! I know that business has changed because of the covid-19 pandemic, however, for a reputable company such as Incredible Connection, that is allowed-to and is trading, at present, in essential-goods, their Customer Support is non-existing! By mistake, I made an incorrect order tried to cancel the order immediately! 1) I tried doing-so on their 'pop-up box' on their website. 2) I tried calling their customer-service number. 3) I tried through their help' page on their website. I left numerous messages & requests, both on their 'help' pages and in the 'pop-up boxes ... to no avail ... no reply! Their "so-called" Customer Service line, just rang and rang ... no answer & no way to leave a message! Absolutely pointless!! For a large company, this has seriously damaged my respect and opinion of them & I am certain I am not the only person who has come-across this problem with them, at present!
