No telephone operator to answer phone calls

<p>On the morning of the 24th of May, I tried phoning Incredible Connection in Canal Walk, Century City. I tried from 11:15 until 11:30 trying to get through to their branch, but nobody seems to be answering their phone. That is very bad for a well known company like them. I would really want to know what are they going to do about the switchboard operator or the person/s responsible to answer the company main phone line? I am not one bit satisfied about waisting so much time trying to find out about a price and be a possible client, but looks like I'll have to take my business somewhere else..... </p>
