No tech service available due to person going out

Northgate. Poor service. Came in for technical section, only to be told he is out to go buy food @ 10am in the morning. After waiting for 25mins there is still no sight of tech guy. No floor manager visible or even someone trying to assist by phoning tech guy to see where he is at
