NO stock for NATIONAL PROMOTION

Incredible Connection running a NATIONAL promotion on the Muvit Fitness band + Heart Rate Monitor,but,the store has no stock of this product. Sales clerk checks to see availability at surrounding stores,but,none of the stores have stock. The manager informs him that they are only expecting stock on this item next week. The week after the Promo has finished. All the sales clerk can offer is a Rain Check Voucher. At least Incredible Connection's prepared for when they Disappoint potential customers.Perhaps they should focus more on having the correct products available! Pathetic!!! And this was meant to be a birthday gift on Tuesday. Now,who knows when they will have stock. At least the sales clerk,Tshepo, was helpful. Best part of terrible service.
