No stock as usual

when I saw the apple mouse on special at Only R200 I phoned the cradle stone branch and not one was available I asked how they' can be out of stock on the first day and they told me it was a printing error and proceeded to suggest I phone other branches for which the numbers they could not give me I had to go and look for myself! After phoning about 3 stores Sandton, east rand mall and fourways I with the same result I asked can't they check on the system for stores that have stock? Only then after I asked did they bother to check and tell me who had stock after then phoning all the relevant store all just told me they don't have stock?? I wonder was there no stock or where they just saying so to avoid losing money!! Poor service
