No service or after sale service

I bought an Epson printer from incredible connection Now they shift us to partserve a company that has absolutely no client service I have been without my printer over two weeks only to receive it today and it’s still not working, the store that I bought it from wants nothing to hear from this they just shift me to partserve table bay incredible connection No communication from anyone just a sms saying I must collect in Montague gardens Now I’m sitting with a over R3000 printer that is still not repaired I have absolutely no one to contact as partserve is useless
