no service on online order

<p>on 01/12/2016 i order a canon selphy printer bundle online. i made the payment immediately and received confirmation of the order and payment on the same day via e-mail. for three weeks i have been phoning to get an update on the delivery of my order, every time i get the same answer = "ready to be shipped". no one can tell me when i can actually expect delivery. so today i informed them to cancel my order and refund me my money, i was informed that this too will take upto seven working days! they received my money immediately but when i ask for it back it becomes an issue. they cannot deliver the service paid for, but the also cannot refund the money timeously!!!! i have never in my life expierenced such horrible service. people should know this before thinking about ever supporting a company who do not value their customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
