No service , no answers , no support.

I have placed 2 orders in march for headsets for the computers. Yes we went into lock down but did not receive any further communications. Then stage 4 came and IT equipment were now allowed to be delivered. Still nothing. 3 Chats with a few ref numbers promising me response in 24 hours. Week later again. This place has no after sales service or any service at all. I will never support them again no matter what the price difference.
