No service from George Incredible Connection

Send my ipad in for repairs on December 7 2018, a month later still no ipad nobody really wants to help!! Phoned and ask them to send my ipad back, asked if it is also going to take a month!! The reply was “Anything is possible!!!” Great service coming from the manager!!!
