No service delivery! “Incredibly” POOR service!

If I could give them -10, I would!

Absolutely ZERO service delivery. We’ve attempted to buy on credit for an entire week. Whenever we called, the person helping us with the purchase (Zanele) were always either ‘on lunch’ or ‘busy helping a customer’ or the line just dropped. Promises were made that we will be called back - which never happened. Only when attempting to speak to the manager, did she come to the phone. (Clearly not on lunch). We were told we need to redo the entire application and that new signatures will be necessary. We said we’ll come to the store ASAP. On arrival at the store within 30min from the phone call, Zanele was nowhere to be found, being ‘on lunch’. To top it off, the manager was also not willing to assist us. He asked that we wait for Zanele. And then the manager left. It’s ridiculous! We’ve consequently decided to cancel our purchase and take our business elsewhere. We will not make use of this branch EVER again.
