No service delivery Incredible Connection.

An on line order was placed on 24 January 2019. Order ********** 83. Payment was completed on the same day. The expected delivery time stated on the order was before the end of January 2019. This did not happen. A customer complaint was logged on 30 Janury 2019. Ref 743010. The operator undertook to provide feendack within 24 hours. Again this did not happen. A follow up E mail was sent to the JD Customer care call centre stating that a call was received from an unknown sourse but the operator (JD Call centre) terminated the call. On 05 February 2019 another call was made to the customer complains centre. Again the operator could not say when the delivery would be completed or provide any details as to the problem. The operator stated the call would be escalated to a higher office. The feedback and follow up on item ordered and paid for in full is pathetic. Poor service with no delivery. I am still waiting for feedback.
