NO SERVICE AT PIETERMARITZBURG INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

No staff available to assist with Vodacom upgrades or new contracts at Midlands Maul Pietermaritzburg. Only one member trained to do these services and has been off sick. No other staff available to assist. This is totally unacceptable. I traveled 55 kms to the store and waisted an entire day. I have emailed customer service but they have as yet not gotten back to me.
