No Service at Incredidable Connection

Been to the Kolonnade store and Menlyn store on Friday 18 April to purchase some equipment. I had to leave both stores after I had to wait for more that 10 minutes without being assisted. All staff are just sitting around pmaying on their cell phones. 6 Staff members at Kolonnade and 8 staff members in Menlyn. Totally unexectable service and it felt like the staff deliberately ignored me.
