NO SATISFACTION WITH WINDOWS 10 AT INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

Hi, I bought Windows 10 Home Edition , Incredible Connection dint Have in stock , the one in Colonnade Center Pretoria . So it was referred to Incredible Connection in Middelburg , I waited 5 days for delivery , as A laptop was ordered with , for Business Purposes. Try to install Windows and it comes to 15 % install , says windows *******ed . Did this 6 x just to make sure I did not do something wrong . Phoned Incredible Connection in Middelburg , says I must bring it in to check , I stay in Pretoria . So they said I must take it to any Incredible Connection , and they will help . Took it in They told me I must leave it And they will contact Microsoft . I did and they Phoned me in an Hour , witch they rep**** that I must call Microsoft , and give this Reference number , witch I did spoke to A consultant and he asked me how I installed it , I told him how , and while speaking to him I was busy installing it , and again only up to 15% and shows windows *******ed . The operator told me to download a new Windows and install , This is where my Issue comes in : R2799.00 RAND , paid for a little ticket with windows key , Why did i ever decide to do this , No body asked if they could exchange the product , or give my Money back . I will never buy from incredible connection again ,Thank you very much for *****ing peoples Money , its Always a customer Problem , Cause where stupid.
