NO RESPONSIBILITY - daughter taking knock at school - sold a DUDD

Reference number is IC-PACK-***. The problem here is that this is the second time we have brought this laptop in. First time we were told all will be ok after they did some moderations. We bought this laptop for one reason only and that is that my grade 8 daughter works soley from her laptop and she must now potentially sit without doing any work in class for 4 weeks. This laptop is a piece of **** and the original salesman sold this product hard to us, as being the ideal laptop for school, But when in the shop this product isnt even in your "Best devices for school" brochure. This is completely unacceptable that Incredible connection does not take any responsibilty in this and that the laptop must first go away to be inspected, etc. I DONT want this piece of **** back. We want the Asus or Mecer in the same price range. We would never have gone for a Packard Bell, had your sales consultant not insisted that it was the best. I feel that being a woman, we were taken advantage of, with our lack of knowledge. In the words of my daughter's teacher, my daughter's device is the only device that doesnt function properly in class, closes applications all the time, screen glitches for minutes at a time, black white or blue screen, doesnt connect properly etc. This is bull**** that we are sitting without a device for potentially 4 weeks, whilst your company doesnt take any responsibility and my daughter is taking the knock by not being able to learn at school. I expect this to be escalated and sorted out this week.
