No response or feedback

Good day <br> <br> I hope this will help. I am very upset now, I have tried everything with no results. I worked for this company for almost 3 years and I am not getting assistance at all with the payout of the Alexander Forbes fund, Several of my colleagues that also left at the same time already had their funds payed out, I called and send emails everyday since i left but still i am struggling to get a response or feedback from anyone in the HR department in solving my query. I resigned at the end of May and worked my month notice so i left at the end of June 2015 and since then I have been struggling to get my Alexander fund payed out. Surely this is not how you treat ex- employees. I have asked nicely but i still have no feedback. Please assist me urgently in this matter. Surely the payout process can't take this long. I send all the necessary details to the HR department but yet no results. Please assist me in getting my pension fund payed out as soon as possible. I loved my time working for Incredible Connection but now it is just breaking my heart. Please assist in resolving my query.
