No response for refund!

I bought a remote online and have cancelled the order. I've requested a refund for this; have sent through numerous e-mails and called customer care numerous times. My e-mails don't even get responded to. Their online service and customer care is pathetic - sad that a company this big has no emphasis on customer experience!
