No response

<p>Brought in my Targus laptop bag on 12th October to "The Grove" as the zip was broken and it has a lifetime warranty. They took it in, saying it would take 2 weeks. I have visited them about 5 times over the last month, each time an excuse, friendly, but not delivering. On Friday 18th the manager Anne Henry promised a response by end of the day, but she still has not phoned.</p>
