No refund policy

Purchased a TV with them and returned it after 4 days because it did not have the technical requirements that l wanted. The TV was in its original condition and packaging, every little bit of it but they insist on charging a handling fee of 15% of the purchase value. Wanted to escalate the matter to the area manager and rudulf the branch manager told me that they dont have area managers, called customer service 3 times who could not help and also could not escalate matter, spoke to dinoe, Felisha and another whose name l can't remember, Felisha even cut the phone on me. They said they use a log in system, and were not sure when am gonna be assisted yet l need to travel.

The previous day they offered me a cash refund but there was no money in the store and today when l came in that's when they started talking about a handling fee.
