NO REFUND NO SERVICE

Placed an order on 23rd of November, cancelled it the same day. It is now 10 December and I still have not received a refund. And this is after it has been escalated as a complaint to management. I have emailed and phone repeatedly, complained on Facebook page and Twitter. Head office phoned on Friday promising to phone back Monday and still NO response or refund in sight. The absolute worst online shopping experience EVER. Do not buy from this company. I will certainly NEVER buy from them again. Nobody cares and you can't talk to warehouse or finance department and all you get out of the call centre is "sorry you haven't got your refund, it has been sent through" NOT ACCEPTABLE
