NO REFUND IN 3 MONTHS!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

On the 13th of November 2023 I returned headphones I have purchased online, to Incredible Connection George. The product was returned new, in unopened condition, in its original packaging, and within 7 days of purchasing the product. The original tax invoice and banking details were immediately given to them as requested. Malixole Toto then informed me that I will receive my refund within 7 days. December 2023, 1 month later, I still have not received a refund, and then I decided to contact Incredible Connection to get an update on the progress. Malixole Toto then informed me that they are investigating the incident.

2 Months later, on the 8th of January 2024, I have contacted Incredible Connection again for an update on the refund, however I received no response.

It is now almost 3 months later, and I still have not received an update.

I will strongly discourage anyone to buy from Incredible Connection, whether it be online or in a store, until this matter be resolved.
