No refund.

Over a month and a half ago I bought a invertor, what was supposed to be delivered. Two days after the payment I got a email saying that they were out of stock. I STILL have not gotten back my outstanding amount. Every time I quarie the issue the case is not solved. They say it will be resolved but still no win. I can not understand why is matter is such a issue.
