No reference till today

I claimed for a tablet which I had purchased along with the insurance at Incredible connections at New market and the form was sent by them. I lost the phone and went to submit it on the 20th of January till today I do not have a reference or any feedback. I was told it will only take 14 days and this is not the case. This is terrible service honestly.
