No Incredible service

Is there a way one can get their back? I'm tempted to go to the bank and do a reverse transaction. Tired with this company, who are sending me from pillar to post. Don't think there's even a point writing a review, already some other customers are still waiting. It's been more then 7 days since I bought my smart TV, which I was told it would be delivered within 3 working days.
