No help at East Rand retail

I went to incredible connections since January 2023 to ensure warranty and cool off period runs out. Whenever I went there I was told the laptop was fine. I opened my laptop and said I don’t understand. He laughed at me and told me they sold a box put stickers on it. There is no way a brand new laptop would start so long and on top of it be slow. He uses core i3 and has never had problems. All products issue out upgraded stock yet hp issues out downgrades and more money. I put it in the definition of icore to show what I was expecting. I even sent photos of start-up and my assignments not uploading and please it’s not the internet. The adamant I would have to pay money, there is a tendency amongst African managers to abuse power and use apartheid to deal with things.
