No help

<p>I purchased an HP laptop from incredibal connection's 2 years ago and took out an extended warenty. </p> <p>I asked the gental man that sold me the Laptop if I miss placed my receipt would they find me on the system if i needed my laptop to be repaired in the next 2 years, he said "yes".</p> <p>Now just before my warenty is about to end ironicly my laptop starts packing up. I take it in and the say they cannot help as they had a problem with there server and sll there info was removed.</p> <p>HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM!!?? I paid an extra R1000 to insure if this happened now because of there incomputince I have to pay R4500n for my laptop to be fixed! </p>
