No followup & unable to contact any of the stores or head office

I Have booked a item in for Warranty repair with IC Sandton and trying to followup on the repair seems to be a very difficult task, I even tried to call JD group head office for IC group (JD Group) however every contact number they have is directed to some other business, I am not able to get any feedback or contact anyone for feedback or followup on the repair, it seems that any and all contact information is bogus and leaving me with no choice but to submit this review Very disappointed.
