No feedback/Zero communication

<p>So I recently found out that someone had opened a cellphone contract at INCREDIBLE CONNECTION using my details( **********) I rushed to the store on the 06/08/16 I was assisted by Mpumi who is the same that issued the ********** contract. SHE asked me to submit my certified I.D. copy and affidavit from SAPS, which I did the very next day 07/08/16. She promised to communicate with me either via email or by telephone. On the 08/08/16 I called in so that I can confirm with the manager and as well as to obtain his advice as a store Manager. To my amazement he didn't know anything about this and he couldn't help me as his only dealing with admin and H.R.. till today I haven't received any feedback about the contract from the store . So I then decided to call Vodacom and they confirmed that Mpumi didn't send them my documents so I had to resend them. All though I got my name cleared. I just feel that what this store did is unacceptable cause they haven't called back not even a single day just to inform me of what's going on. They have showed zero empathy instead they just disappointed me. They are pathetic and useless and I will never purchase a single thing from their store ever if this is how they treat their clients.</p>
