No feedback for months on return

MBI number 021042 (baywest mall) I brought a netgear usb wifi ****le in for returns on 26/12/2018 and have had no correspondence since, I called several weeks back and was promised a call back and never received it. I want my refund as I requested when I returned it, this is unacceptable, 4 months of no communication or feedback.
