As per our discussion on Saturday, I refer to my complaint where my details were not protected, while applying for an account at your Sandton city store.

I sent my salary slip to the lady who was on duty, and she opened my details, while other customer could see it. At the time I was on the other end of the store to get signal as the lady was not getting it. When I returned other customers entered the place where the lady assisted me and stood right in front where my details were displayed in full view for the customers to see. I then returned and stood in front of the screen to block them from viewing my details. I think the lady should have told them couple to wait outside as she was attending to me. I requested to speak to a manager and again my information was left open on the desk.
