I purchased a tv on black friday, ********** 66

Your system did not prompt me to put in a tv license number, its not my problem your system does not work.

I then recieved a call from yushra regarding the licence, i told her we have one and its in my fathers name whom i live with. I sent the number. Each day she tells me she will call me back which only happens the next day, its been going on since the 25th, i still have no tv. I was promised a call last Friday, today is Tuesday, no call. This is absolutely horrible service! I want my tv today still or will take this further!
