No exchange -even though they are to blame!

Incredible Connection I can not believe how many complaints incredible connection have and they still do bussiness. I gave them my printer number. They gave me a cartridge and said it is the cartridge for my printer. I opened it to put it in and realise ......it wasn't. No exchange - because I trusted them and opened it. They will now give me a R400 generic cartridge. No refund. i paid R1600. I believe they sold me the wrong just to make money because they did not have the correct one in stock. It took me one month to realise all their promises to exchange meant ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
