NO DELIVERY & WONT ISSUE REFUND! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I placed an order on the 20th of December. On the 30th I received an sms saying it was out for delivery and it never arrived. On the 3rd of January it was out for delivery AGAIN after I had to call the customer service line. Again, it did not arrive and this time, SkyNet said the driver was in a hijacking. I called customer service for a replacement product or a refund and to this day my refund has not been processed. Every single time I called customer service they tell me that they relevant department will contact me yet NO ONE has called or even sent an email. I am fed up, sick and tired. I’m begging you to please give me my money back. This is absolutely unacceptable! THIS IS THEFT BECAUSE YOU’VE TAKEN MY MONEY AND FAILED TO DELIVER A PRODUCT!!!!
