No Delivery / Poor Service

I ordered a LED TV online on 27 August that says free delivery in 2 to 5 days. on 5 September I inquired and the parcel was marked as picked and packed for delivery through FedEx, on 13 September there was no change on delivery status. I enquired again and no reply, it isnow 16 September and still no status change. Delivery still pending, this is pathetic service.
