No delivery of purchased goods.

I ordered a monitor from Incredible Connection and they not met there deadline delivery date and I yet to receive my item. The complaint is that there is no recourse for you as a customer. There contact numbers continuously ring and no one picks up. With Incredible you must to track your own parcel numerous phone calls to them wasting my airtime and own resources. They do not respond to emails nor any other messages. There is no way of contacting any one there, I'm basically just a sitting duck. Furthermore there courier company is unheard of and you are not able to track your parcel. The tracking system on their website does not work for days now it states out for delivery and I have not received any item or communication. They are local company and cannot even deliver locally, there standards are of local variety indeed, what we have come to expect from the government run entities. They are certainly no Amazon!!!
