No Delivery of Paid Item

Absolutely shocking service from Incredible Connection. I placed an order for a Xiaomi TV Box on 22 December 2025 and have still not received the item — nor any proper communication explaining the delay.

Despite multiple emails and calls, I’ve been completely ignored or given useless, generic responses with no follow-through. There is clearly no accountability or customer care.

Taking payment and then failing to deliver a product for months, while also avoiding communication, is unacceptable and unprofessional. This has been a complete waste of time and money.

I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Incredible Connection online. Based on my experience, you cannot rely on them to deliver or provide any support when things go wrong.
