No delivery of items

<p>I purchased an item from Incredible Connection on 28th November with a promise of delivery in 5-10 working days. </p> <p> </p> <p>To date the package has not been delivered and has sat with Incredible Connection Fourways .</p> <p> </p> <p>No correspondence from IC to let me know, no apologies for the wait.</p> <p> </p> <p>This order was originally intended as a CHristmas gift but it looks like it will ot be delivered in time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed with the service and lack of communication from Incredible Connection.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
