NO DELIVERY! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Items not being delivered. No communication, no feedback no customer service. And it’s not a small amount of money we paid for an online item. Disgusting! Don't be fooled by the 2-5 day delivery it’s a thumb sucked number. We're now on day 8, no delivery or updates and they don't answer messages. Call center is just placed on hold constantly.
