No delivery - No communication - No Management

<p>This must be the worst online sales businness in SA.</p> <p>Ordered a GPS online on 25 November and there online system shows that my parcell was ready to be shipped on 28 November. Todate this has not changed...still waiting on the product its 20 December today!!</p> <p>If you phone the call center the agents / staff cannot give you more than what you can see online on there web page...but please don't ask to speak to their managment !! They are never there I wonder if there are actually managment in this useless call center. Every where you you call or facebook them its allways the same answer ... "management will phone you with an answer!!" This never happens. </p> <p>But every night they advertise there wonderfull useless company on TV tricking people in believing they they will recieve their order intime for Christmas. What a lie! </p> <p>I now need to tell my family member ... ah sorry you not getting a Christmas present but I have ordered it!</p> <p>What a joke!!</p>
