No delivery by Incredible Connection

Placed an order on the 2nd of March. On 3rd March I received an email stating that my order is on the way and I will receive it in a day or 2. It is now the 6th day and I still have not received my goods. I have been calling and re-directed to so many people with the last comms saying "It must be sitting in a cage and someone forgot to deliver" No one can give me an answer. Some say its being delivered by a courier and some by their own warehouse. Feel like I have been ******
