No delivery after 7 working days, now suddenly order is cancelled

<p>I bought a PS4 Slim from a WECHAT promotion that goes via Incredible connection and they said 5-7 working days before delivery. Yesterday I called the call centre to ask where my package is at and spoke to a lady Melanie who called me back and confirmed I will receive it today the 06-12-2016 which didn't happen so I called again and now suddenly my order has been cancelled. This is not acceptable at all since I even received an email from Incredible connection this morning that said my order is on it's way. Worst experience ever... Will never buy from them again.</p>
