No delivery 7 business days later. Very disappointing!!!

7 business days later, NO DELIVERY, no communication and its difficult to get hold of customer service. WhatsApp option say my order does not exist. Emailed, no feedback. Order status been stuck on "ready to pick" for more than 6 business days. Very disappointing!!!
