NO customer service FAULTY ITEMS SOLD AS NEW

Horrid company. Head office need to train staff. Also all Jese products seem to be damages or duds. Both the V and A waterfront branch and the Cavindish branch have staff stand around not willing to help anyone. I spent 45mins waiting to buy an expensive item because the untrained *********** staff kept missing the locked safe times when it opens. They explain the 7 day returns which the CPA act protect us. yet they have a whole long list of excuses. I can't explain how bad my experience at both stores were. Worse is the products are ALL defective and faulty. More customers are in the store having repairs on brand new laptops, cellphones, watches than new customers are there to shop. Someone needs to see if this company buys returned items and sell it as new. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM.
