NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!

I phoned the customer service number, was put on hold fo speak to a consultant for over 30 minutes. Ater 30 min I just put the phone down. I then tried web chatting to ask about my order which after 14 days is still sitting in "order placed succesfully". Rob from customer support rep**** that he will log a complaint. Up to now I have not received any feedback. I have send several mails to "***" with no response. Will never place an online order with this company nor would I suggest them to anybody. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!
