No customer service

My sister and I went into Incredible Connections Woodmead to buy a TV. Firstly, the staff all stood around, no one offered assistance, when we asked for assistance, the salesperson came to assist. After discussing one item he walked away. When we called him back, he ignored us and walked on by. Even another saleperson told him we were calling him and he just ignored us. Its the second time I'm experiencing bad customer service at Woodmead branch. It's really an unpleasant experience going to shop at the store.
