No Customer Service

Walked in this morning looking for a 32 gig flash drive. Straight away I saw the flash drives close to the entrance. Not once was I approached for assistance. I was looking for a specific Samsung flash drive advertised in their leaflet. I then asked one of the several staff standing about doing nothing I asked if they had the flash drive a he pointed me to the flash drives and I still didn't find what i was looking for. Why could he not show me where it was and assist. I didn't even bother asking the other staff because they were just standing about. I then walked straight out the door because such service is unacceptable and not worthy of my money.
